Returns & refunds

We stand behind the quality of everything we make. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Custom Items are Final sale and are not eligible for returns.
  • Items must be unused, and in original condition.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Custom & Personalized Items

  • All custom and personalized orders are final sale.
  • Because these items are made specifically for you, they are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue

Lost Packages

If your package is lost, please reach out to info@paskfinegoods.com so that we can investigate and get you a solution.
