We offer a LIFETIME workmanship warranty from the date of purchase. This covers defects in construction such as stitching failure or hardware issues under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and patina
  
• Scratches, scuffs, or natural leather variations
  
• Damage from misuse, neglect, or accidents
  
• Modifications or repairs done by a third party
  

If you believe your item qualifies for a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review it and determine the best solution; repair, replacement, or store credit.

Leather is meant to wear in, not stay perfect. Each mark tells a story. But if you are not satified with your purchase, we will do our best to find a solution you will be happy with.
